In order to provide you with good service, we may ask you to install our support tool, which will enable remote viewing so that we can further analyse the problem.

Upload your files

You can upload your files to our ftp server, please contact our support desk for this. Make sure that you compress the database files before uploading them.
You are unable or not allowed to use an ftp server? Then please contact our support desk, they will help you with our upload tool.
